I love the entrance to this park in Manchester... it could be considered exercise just to climb the hill and use the tree roots as steps. In the dark, can we all spell "ankle sprain"?

Lets see what trouble did I get into today?

Oh yeah, me the *greatest* of all anti-shoppers went shopping. I wanted to try on some Lands End summer shoes so of course I went to Sears. I love their winter all-weather mocs, its practically all I wear during the snow months . I tried the summer style suede mocs on today and I was horribly disappointed in the fit, they were just not comfortable on my feet.

So I went with a kind of gladiator sandal instead. If I run into any lions in the coliseum or NH woods, they are in major trouble now, I am fully equipped. One kick in the snout and they would roll over and whine.

I also found THREE racks of clothes with every thing on it for $3.99. I had to ask the sales lady if it was a joke. Got some nice dark tan cords, and as we New Englanders know, light corderoy pants are wearable like three seasons of the year up here.  Actually I bought about 8 items for $3.99, didn't try a thing on, and they all fit perfectly at home. What a deal! I *ALMOST* liked shopping today.

Wanted to go to this local aromatherapy class, had registered and paid for tonight but it got cancelled. :(  I know I could probably just learn about Sniffatherapy going online, but I wanted a formal class darn it. Working evenings, it can be a real b*tch to get into some of these classes,  its so rare to find them available during the day. Actually I drove to the class before I found out it had been cancelled. "We tried to reach you all day", the lady tells me..."you really should have an answering machine." I look at her and said "No, actually I should have just given my cell for contact."

I am NOT one of those people who feels I have to be reachable by phone. Matter of fact, I'm incredibly unreachable by phone. You're most likely to get me by email. Or IM if you are among the few who knows where to find me in the IM world.... Ok all of you out there who can let a phone ring and *not* answer it and not feel guilty, please raise your hand now. ...  I see.... not many of you. Its called conditioning. Many people are trained by the telephone to answer it. I somehow broke free and now I see the truth. Which is, we do NOT need to be controlled by the telephone. :)
